Christmas : Special Opening hours - Pinnacle Support

Pinnacle Systems is happy to inform his customers that the Pinnacle European Helpdesk will have extended opening hours between December 16th, 2002 and January 10th, 2003. These opening hours are only concerning the German, French, English, Spanish, Italian and Dutch support lines:

Monday - Friday : Support is open from 9:00 to 20:00 (UK : from 8am to 7pm)

Saturday : Support is open from 12:00 to 16:00. (UK : from 11am to 4pm)

Other helpdesks will be open Monday-Friday from 9:00 to 18:00.

Support will be closed for all countries at 16:00 (UK : 3am) on December 24th, 2002 and December 31th, 2002.

Regdelete is a utility to clean the Windows Registry after de-installing a Studio product.

Regdelete 6.0 is compatible with Studio 8.

HollywoodFX 4.6 is available

1) Hollywood FX Plus / Pro V 4.6. This Hollywood FX Plus / Pro Version 4.6 is for Studio 7 and Studio 8. You are only able to run this version if you already purchased a HFX 4.6 version as CD or as download fom www.HollywoodFX.com. Available from the Hollywood FX Support Area/Download/Drivers.

To run HFX 4.6 with Studio 7 you have to install another patch after this installation procedure.

2) Hollywood FX Plus & Pro V. 4.6 manual . Available from the Hollywood FX Support Area/Download/Documentation.

3) Conversion tool for Self-made HFX 4.5 transition to HFX 4.6 If you have created your own FX with HFX 4.5 plus or pro and want to use this transition with HFX 4.5 plus / pro you have to convert this FX with this tool. Available from the Hollywood FX Support Area/Download/Tools.
