With this you can return your hardware for repair.

Unfortunately technical inquiries cannot be answered here.
1. How to get an exchange... ( Hardware only )
  • First check with your dealer if he has the possibility to directly exchange your product.
  • You have to request an RMA number before to send your defective product back for exchange to our Service department (see form below )
    Please fill out the form completely and correctly, since only then a fast handling is possible. You find the serialnumber on a label stuck on the hardware ( board or box ).
  • Shipping cost is at the customer's charge. Pinnacle will pay the return shipping cost.
  • Please join a letter to your shipment with your RMA number, with your full address, including a copy of your invoice, your warranty card and a full description of the problem.
  • In order to get a faster exchange, we thank you to only send the hardware to the address which will be given to you with the RMA number (by email).
2. Important !
  • Please only return the board (or the box). Don't send packaging, CD-ROM, manuals etc... . Packaging will not be returned.
  • Pinnacle can only guarantee the faulty product.
  • If the cable is also defective, please include it in your shipment, with a mention on your letter.
  • Pinnacle will directly ship an equivalent product after receipt of the product, without packaging.
  • Please keep the shipment document of your new product. It will act as warranty.
  • If your product should be out of warranty, we hand the repair order to the Company

    They will send you a cost estimate, from which you can see the costs of several procedure possibilities.

    Important :
    If you refuse the reparation cost and ask to get the product back, you will be invoiced with 23,-- € for handling plus shipment cost.
    If you should decide to scrap the product, no further costs arise for you.
