| The definition of a Pinnacle Systems OEM partner is one who directly purchases from Pinnacle Sytems, designated development platforms or customized derivatives of standard Pinnacle products that are NOT available through an alternate Pinnacle Systems sales channel. This definition specifically excludes volume purchase arrangements for standard Pinnacle Systems end-user products or systems.
