Studio 10.8 Release Update – for all version Studio 10.6 users

• Pinnacle recommends installing the 10.8 Update for all previous Studio 10.6 (Standard and Plus).
• The 10.8 patch is targeting Windows Vista but also includes support for Windows XP

Notes :

• If you are already editing a project with a previous version of Studio 10, we recommend that you first finish your project before installing the Studio 10.8 Update.
• Studio 10.8 can also be installed on Studio 10.5, 10.7 and 10.8.0.4627 BETA update installation.
• If you have an earlier version of Studio 10 (as 10.0 or 10.1) please download and install first the Studio 10.7 FULL patch and then download and install the 10.8 patch.

The Studio 10.8 Update contains many enhancements for Windows Vista support and stability issues. Some of these enhancements include, but are not limited to:

• Improved Vista support
• Improved stability
• Background rendering with audio
• Stereo audio import from CD
• Windows standard user rights for launching Studio
• HDV export aspect ratio
• Windows Media player 11 compatibility
• DVD burner recognition
• Qualification for latest Pinnacle device drivers
