1. Select Photos
Locate the photos and videos on your computer and drag and drop them to the timeline. Put them in any order you want. While you're at it, you can also tim the boring bits out of your video clips.

Tip Simply double-click on any photo to reframe and rotate them. You can even fix red eye.

2. Pick a style
SmartMovie let's you personalize your slideshow with a multitude of styles to match the subject matter. Just select from the dropdown menu.

Tip Try the Elegant style for a wedding or the Nostalgia style for a 40th wedding anniversary.

Tip Don't forget to add an opening title and closing credits.

3. Add Music (if you want)
Pick the song you want as the soundtrack for your slideshow. Try to use a song that goes with the slideshow style you've selected. You can pick music from your computer or a CD.

Tip If you don't have a song that matches the style of your slideshow, let the Pinnacle SmartMusic tool create the music for you.

4. Wrap it up
Press the Create SmartMovie button and your movie, complete with titles, transitions and effects is ready to send to your friends and family. Or burn it to DVD for safekeeping.

Tip You can select the type of media on which you want to distribute your slideshow - you can even post directly to YouTube™, Yahoo!Video™ a personal email.
