Register to download the current beta version for Windows (300 KB) of FreeFX from Pinnacle Systems.

FreeFX is a plug-in for Adobe Premiere 5.1 that offers a set of 20 new transition effects. All of these effects are based on a powerful 3D rendering engine, and include 3D page peels, curtains, oil drops to bouncing balls, fly aways and more. FreeFX is available for Microsoft Windows® 95® and 98® compatible products and supports the following Pinnacle Systems digital video editing boards: DC30, DC30+, DC50, DV200 and DV300. If you do not have one of these Pinnacle Systems products installed FreeFX will run in demo mode, with a Pinnacle logo displayed on top of the video. If a 3D accelerated graphics board is installed in your computer, FreeFX effects will make use of that hardware to accelerate the 3D effects rendering.
